Minimum charges between $450-$750 or more depends on findings, based on the difficulty and workspace accessibility.

An additional fee may apply if findings show

1. Need to replace/install parts or further work is required.
2. Existing setup is NOT in compliance with Code Requirement.
3. Need partial or complete brand new wiring, rewiring, routine maintenance clean up, adjustment, fixing, correction, of incomplete, incorrect, disconnected, damaged, defective, or worn out/phase-out/outdated wiring.

Cancellation fee of $150 may apply if cancelled on the same day, $250 if canceled once the technician is already on the way, or if you decide NOT to move forward, or $350 if a customer no shows on the confirmed appointment. Minimum charge of $450 per appointment. Minimum charge of $550 after 2 pm or $650 after 2 pm and outside of Sacramento. Technician will call/text once they're on the way.
